Terms and Conditions - Hell's Tone Records

These are the terms and conditions in ordering from Hell’s Tone Records webshop.

Orders

Orders are normally shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed. Shipping times to different countries vary a lot.

Postage info

The system calculates the postage for you according to your location.

Suomi

1-2 X CD, 7″ or Cassette = 5,00 € Letter

>2 X CD, 7″, Cassette, one or more 12″s or 10″s = 6,90 € Parcel

Europe

1-2 X CD, 7″ or Cassette = 8,25 € Priority Letter without tracking

>2 X CD, 7″, Cassette or one or more 12″s or 10″s = International Parcel with tracking starting from 11,90 €

World

1-2 X CD, 7″ or Cassette = 19,25 € Priority Letter without tracking

>2 X CD, 7″, Cassette or one or more 12″s or 10″s = International Parcel with tracking starting from 45,90 €

Returns and refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. It means an email from you must arrive at us before 14 days has passed since your order. After that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and sealed if applicable. To initiate a return, send us an email.

It’s customers responsibility to mail the items at Hell’s Tone Records. The shipping cost of returning an item(s) must be paid by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The refund sum consists of the sum of the returned and approved items, the postage of the re-filled order.

We can not take responsibility of damages caused by the postal service.
